CEO & Founder
Founder & Board President of We Have PLANS, Inc., is a healthcare operations leader and creative entrepreneur with experience in community advocacy, program design and development, brand-building initiatives, and public engagement. With a background in athletic training and rehabilitation, she brings an intentional, impact-focused approach to program planning and execution. She founded PLANS to expand elevated social opportunities for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Marisa Covert
Secretary
Marisa Covert, Secretary of We Have PLANS, Inc., is a claims specialist with leadership experience in the healthcare industry and as a nonprofit board member. She pairs thoughtful analysis with a heart for service and is dedicated to expanding inclusive, worthwhile opportunities that empower individuals of all abilities to thrive in community.

Treasurer
Shirletta Hunter, Treasurer of We Have PLANS, Inc., is the Finance Coordinator for Steel City Academy, and owner of Intrinsic Touch Accounting and Consulting LLC, with experience in financial management, payroll, and fiscal oversight. She is passionate about ensuring sound and accurate fiscal stewardship, transparency, and is committed to safeguarding the organizations resources while supporting the mission of We Have PLANS Inc.
